PPD® Laboratories’ client staffing solutions group provides pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies a flexible, long-term and cost-effective solution to meet their GMP staffing needs. We offer personnel trained in chemistry, quality assurance and control, laboratory support and information technology. Our staff is well-versed on GMP and regulatory compliances and can also be trained to meet clients’ specific GMP project needs.

  • Provide staffing and recruiting services, human resources consulting, and payroll and benefits administration services
  • Offer you a structured, yet flexible, workforce based on your needs. Training, retraining and evaluating employee performance are managed by PPD Laboratories supervisors
  • Decrease the turnover rate of temporary employment. The personnel placed in your site are full-time PPD Laboratories employees who are eligible for company benefits
  • Manage a dedicated large project team supporting a specific client department or provide expert staff in multiple client sites or divisions

  • Create contingency plans to address peak workloads or short-notice needs
