We direct, coordinate and manage the technical and operational aspects of projects, securing the successful completion of clinical trials. We collaborate with functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project and ensure that solutions are implemented. We’re proud of the vital role we have in helping our clients deliver life-changing therapies.

Core passion for improving health

We help our clients deliver life-changing therapies by working hard and working smart. We serve as a partner to improve value — to bend the cost and time curve of drug development — and focus on team-driven outcomes.

Stability, growth and flexibility

PPD, a successful industry leader with an impressive history, continues to grow in scope and influence. As we do, we stay dedicated to our people and foster a supportive, collaborative culture based on trust, flexibility and work-life balance.

Project Manager

Tap your solid organizational skills to help advance medical therapies. As a project manager (PM) you will lead a cross-functional team internally, working with clients and functional areas to anticipate setbacks, build rapport and resolve issues with teams across the U.S. and around the world. When you join PPD, you will participate in our one-of-a-kind, cutting-edge clinical trial PM induction course. Then what? Because PPD is therapeutically aligned, you can specialize in a particular indication. We support internal movement to other therapeutic groups. Our team structure allows you to invest in all areas of studies — to look beyond your role.

Clinical Team Manager

Collaborate with your clinical team and other departments to confidently lead all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance with the study protocol, International Conference on Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) and local regulations. You will motivate and support your team members, find opportunities and risks, and establish an efficient course of action. You will be called on to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities. You can compare data from different sources to draw conclusions, to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing solutions and to take appropriate action.
