- Prepare a customized, integrated product development plan designed to achieve your desired product label
- Serve as the primary point of contact for effective communications between you and our operational teams
- Assemble and lead a global interdisciplinary development team in proactive problem-solving throughout the process
- Define and refine the risk management plan to optimize your investment and maximize your return
- Identify projected deliverables across an entire development program
- Provide preparation, moderation and participation in meetings with regulatory authorities
- Integrate development activities across operational areas and facilitate the transition between drug development phases
- Accomplish deliverable timelines while maintaining costs
