Studies Continue for a New Drug-Conjugation Technology

Three studies were contracted over the course of two years for testing a novel drug-conjugation technology. All three tests failed to show efficacy and demanded extensive customization and technical proficiency.

Recently, a fourth conjugate showed promising anti-tumor activity. Efforts are under way to determine the optimal dose and schedule, determine PK parameters and toxicity profiles and profile activity of the agent against a variety of tumor models.
