What I do: I create and maintain programs for data management and validation. I also help develop tools and techniques for improving efficiencies in data management and biostatistics.
What I like best about working at PPD: I especially like the culture, diversity and opportunity for growth. I have worked at a variety of places and have had some exciting jobs, but I can honestly say that I like PPD best. I am very impressed with the many talented and dedicated people who do whatever it takes to consistently deliver a quality product.
How my team works together: One thing my team does that has proven to be a very useful tool is the “huddle.” When a situation arises that may potentially affect team members, we hold a quick impromptu meeting (the huddle) and find a solution.
What I’ve learned at PPD: PPD really values its people and that is very important to me. PPD also cares about the quality of life for employees by offering numerous programs to improve everyone’s health and well-being.
My most memorable moment at PPD: I have had so many memorable moments. However, the compassion, concern and care showed by co-workers and friends when I suffered a personal health crisis stands out as one of my most memorable and humbling moments.
More about me: I really like photography, and some of my work has been published. |
