What I Do: I am responsible for planning, developing, tracking and delivering training for all clinical operations staff in Asia.

Career Path: I joined PPD in Australia as a senior clinical research associate. I then moved into the clinical team manager role and later the associate clinical operations manager position. I relocated to Asia for my current position as clinical training manager.

What I like best about working at PPD: Three things: one, our focus on quality; two, a constantly changing and evolving environment (which stops me from getting bored) and three, great people who make work enjoyable.

My most memorable moment at PPD: It’s difficult to say one thing is more memorable than another. For me I’ve experienced good times, difficult times, exciting times, nervous times, challenging times, fun times ….and that’s just in one day!

More about me: Relocating to Asia has introduced me to an amazing array of cuisines. My mission is to eat my way through them all!
