| (Associate) Clinical Manager |
We have a vacancy for a Clinical Manager (or Associate, depending on competencies and experience) to work within the Clinical Management group.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily line management, recruitment and development of a team who may comprise both clinical and non-clinical personnel. You will work closely and support the Director of Clinical Management in meeting business objectives.
With an in-depth clinical research background and up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements within Hungary, you will have previous line management and training experience.

| Clinical Research Associate/Senior Clinical Research Associate |
You will be primarily tasked to set up and monitor clinical trials
conducted in Hungary as part of international projects. You should thrive
in multi-national project teams and be focused on delivering exemplary
levels of customer service.
With a life sciences degree or nursing
qualification and at least one year's experience of Phase II-IV
trials, you will have in depth knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP
requirements.
SCRAs will have a minimum of two years experience, including experience of start up, monitoring and close out. As a SCRA you will have the opportunity to mentor more junior CRAs and may be asked to take on project coordination activities as a lead CRA.

| Clinical Contracts Specialist (CCS) – 0.5 FTE |
The role acts as an essential part of the project team undertaking and coordinating all activities required to finalise Statement of Agreement and financial agreements with investigator sites, pharmacies, laboratories and other relevant contractual parties during the lifecycle of the project. The role is responsible for effective budget negotiation with site personnel in collaboration with the project management team. In addition postholders liaise with the central contract and legal team, COM/ACOMs and PMs on issues and progress. The CCS will be responsible to enter and maintain trial status information relating to start-up activities onto tracking databases (e.g. CASCADE) in an accurate and timely manner.
We have introduced a new 4 tier career ladder to enable us to recruit and retain the very best talent to undertake these roles. Successful candidates will be appointed to either CCS1, CCS2, Senior CCS or Principal CCS depending on their level of skills and experience. To undertake this role you will have a legal, financial or life science degree or equivalent experience together with previous exposure to contract negotiation and drafting of contracts. | Clinical Team Manager |
This exciting and unique role could take you to the next step of your career within Clinical Research. The role coordinates all aspects of clinical activities on an international basis. This includes the day to day management and leadership of a team of Clinical Research Associates, who are allocated to a project on a Country basis. You will work in partnership with the Project Manager to ensure the necessary training, tracking and quality systems are in place for the clinical team, and be primarily responsible for the clinical deliverables of the Project. Clinical Team Managers provide contact and support to the project sponsor for all clinical aspects.
We are seeking high performing individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have had Lead CRA experience and exposure to international studies, preferably involving the coordination of CRAs across different countries. With your excellent written and oral English skills you will have exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead CRAs in different countries. You will also have proficient working knowledge of GCP and experience in several medical / therapeutic areas. You must be comfortable working in a matrix management system and have the ability to motivate, mentor and integrate international teams.
