Clinical team managers are responsible for:
  • Coordinating a clinical trial within the contractual timelines, deliverables and financial obligations
  • Managing a trial from site selection, startup and enrollment to close-out
  • Managing clinical research associates' productivity
  • Contacting client and internal project teams
  • Planning and executing various recruitment strategies to enhance patient enrollment
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies and contingency plans for clinical deliverables

Multiple Career Opportunities

If you have a clinical background including, but not limited to, at least two years of clinical monitoring experience and a minimum of one year of experience in mentoring and/or supervising others, we want to hear from you. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree in life sciences, a certification in a related field, such as nursing, or equivalent experience.
